Visitor Experience
Visitors observe and touch a large plasma sphere. By touching, the streaks will be ‘attracted’ by their hands.

Background
Plasma is the fourth state of matter next to solid, liquid and gaseous. It is created by heating up a gas to a very high temperature, or braking the atoms up using a strong electric field. The heat or electric field splits up the electrons from the gas atoms. Avalanches of free electrons charging up the hot gas forming plasma.
